Bun Dosa Recipe | How to make Murmura Dosa at Home | Easy Puffed Rice Dosa Recipe
Materials
- 2 cups Puffed Rice/Murmure
- 1 cup Semolina/Rava
- 1 cup fresh Curd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanut
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp Desiccated Coconut Powder
- 1/2 cup Green Coriander
- 3 tbsp fresh Curd
- Salt as per Taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- few curry leaves
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 3 Green Chilli
- Chopped curry leaves
Instructions
- To make the instant Bun Dosa take 2 cups of Puffed Rice/Murmura.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add Puffed rice into it, grind well, and make a coarse powder.
- Now transfer the Puffed rice powder into a bowl.
- Now, into the bowl, add 1 cup of semolina, 1 cup op of fresh curd.
- Now add 1 tsp of salt and mix everything well with a whisker.
- Now add water as required and make a semi-thick batter.
- Nov cover the batter and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Now, we prepare Tadka for Bun Dosa and for this place, A Tadka pan on flame and add 2 tsp of oil to it and heat well on low flame.
- After the oil is heated, add 1 tsp of Mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Urad dal, three chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp of chopped curry leaves and mix with a spoon and fry little.
- Now turn off the flame and pour the Tadka over the batter and mix well.
- Now add one Eno fruit salt, add little water to activate it, and gently mix well.
- Now, place a heavy-based small kadhai on the pan and grease it with oil, and heat well on medium flame.
- After Kadhai is heated, turn the flame to low and add one ladle-full batter to it.
- Now close the lid and cook bun dosa for 1.5 minutes.
- After 1.5 Minutes, turn the bun dosa to another side and cook for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, check the Bun dosa, transfer it into a place, and cook all bun dosa by following the same steps.
- .Now your Bun Dosa is Ready.
South Indian Chutney Recipe
- To make South Indian Hotel Style Chutney, first take a grinding jar.
- In the jar, add three roughly chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts, 5 – garlic cloves, 4 tbsp of desiccated coconut.
- Now add 1/2 cup of green coriander, 2 tbsp of fresh curd, salt as per taste, and grind everything well and if it feels thick, add water to adjust the consistency.
- Now, transfer the chutney into a bowl.
- Now, we prepare the tadka for chutney and this place a Tadka( tempering ) pan on flame.
- Now add 1 tsp of oil and heat.
- After the oil is heated, add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of urad Dal, some curry leaves, one pinch of Asafoetida.
- Now turn off the flame and ad tempering to the chutney.
- Now your South Indian Chutney and Bun dosa are entirely ready.
