Samosa Chutney Recipe | How to make Samosa Chutney at Home | Tamarind Chutney Recipe
Materials
- 400 grams Sugar
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 3 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 pinch Food colour
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1 liter Water
- 2 tbsp Salt as per taste
- 2 tsp Red chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Crushed Coriander seeds
Instructions
- To make Samosa Chutney First take 400 Grams of sugar, 1 tbsp of cornflour, 1 tbsp of tamarind paste, one pinch of red food colour, one pinch of asafetida, 1 litre of water, salt as per taste, 2 tsp of crushed red chilli, 2 tsp of crushed coriander seeds.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 1 litre of water to it and boil.
- After the water starts boiling, add 400 grams of sugar, and melt the sugar on a high flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of tamarind paste and mix well.
- Now add one pinch of asafetida, salt per taste, 1 tsp of crushed red chilli, crushed coriander seeds.
- Now add one pinch of red food colour(Optional) and mix well and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame.
- After 20 Minutes, take 1 tbsp of cornflour, mix it with water, and make a slurry.
- Now slowly add cornflour slurry and mix well and Boil.
- Now turn off the flame, and it is ready to serves.
- Now, you can enjoy The samosa chutney and store it for one month in the fridge.
