Veg Fried Rice Recipe | How to make Veg Fried Rice at Home | Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe
Materials
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Finely chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 Chopped Green chilli
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped Carrot
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped Beans
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped Green Capsicum
- 1 tbsp Spring Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Red chilly Sauce
- 2 pinch White Vinegar
- 1 cup Rice
Instructions
- To make Veg fried rice take 1 cup of rice and wash until water is clear.
- Now remove excess water and soak rice into the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now place a cooker on gas and add 6 cups of water to it and boil on medium flame.
- After getting a Boil to add 1 tsp of salt, some drops of oil.
- Now drain excess water in the rice and add it into boiling water and cook on high flame.
- Now add 1 tsp of lemon Juice and cook rice for 6 to 7 minutes.
- After 6-7 Minutes check the rice and if they cooked well then turn off the gas.
- Now drain excess water with a strainer.
- Now spread rice and let it cool.
- Now place a pan on gas and heat well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of oil grease oil on all sides of the pan.
- Now add 3-4 cloves of finely chopped garlic and sauté on high flame.
- Now add 1/2 finely chopped onion and stir well.
- Now add 1 tsp of chopped ginger and stir well.
- Now add 2 finely chopped green chili, 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of chopped beans, 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, and stir fry for 30 seconds on high flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of spring onion, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of red chili sauce, 2 pinches of vinegar, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 Cup of cooked rice and mix well gently.
- Now garnish it with spring onion greens.
- Now your Fried Rice is completely ready and You serve and Enjoy it.
