ingredients of Veg Biryani Recipe

  • India Gate Rice – 1.5 Cups
  • Warm Milk 1/2 cup
  • Saffron Strands – 1 Pinch
  • Ghee – 4 Tbsp
  • Oil – 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped Onion – 1
  • cardamoms – 4
  • Bay leaf – 2
  • cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
  • black pepper – 5
  • cinnamon stick – 2
  • cloves – 4 to 5
  • Star anise – 1
  • ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • chopped green chili – 2
  • Chopped potato – 1
  • chopped carrot – 1
  • chopped capsicum – 2
  • chopped beans – 50 Gms
  • curd – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  • biryani masala – 2 tsp
  • mint leaves – 2 tbps
  • chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 tsp

Materials

  • 1.5 cup India Gate Rice 
  • 1/2 cup Warm Milk
  • 1 pinch Saffron Strands
  • 4 tbsp Ghee 
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 4 cardamoms 
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 5 black pepper 
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves 
  • 1 Star anise 
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 chopped green chili 
  • 1 Chopped potato
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 chopped capsicum
  • 50 gms chopped beans 
  • 1/2 cup curd 
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder 
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 
  • 2 tsp biryani masala 
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves 
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander 
  • 2 tbsp Salt 

Instructions

  • To make the most delicious Veg biryani first of all take 1.5 cups of India gate Rice and wash and soak in water for 1/2 Hour.
  • Now take 1/2 cup of warm milk and add soak 1 pinch of saffron strands in it.
  •  Now put a cooker on the pan and 2 tbsp of ghee and 2 tbsp of oil in it and heat.
  • Now add chopped onion and fry on medium flame until it becomes golden.
  •  Now add 4 cardamoms, 2 bay leaf 1 tsp of cumin seeds, black pepper – 5, cinnamon stick – 2, 4 to 5 cloves, 1 – star anise, and mix everything and fry.
  • Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 chopped green chili in it, and mix well, and roast little.
  • Now add 1 chopped potato, 1 chopped carrot, 2 chopped capsicum, 50 gms of chopped beans and mix well and fry for 3 to 4 minutes until they become soft.
  •  Now add 1/2 cup of curd in it and mix well.
  •  Now add 1 tsp of Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder, and 2 tsp of biryani masala and mix well.
  • Now add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of mint leaves, some chopped coriander, and mix well.
  • Now add 1.5 cups of soaked rice and make a layer of it on vegetables (does not mix now only spread on vegetables).
  • Now add 2 tbsp of Ghee to it.
  • Now spread some mint leaves, coriander leaves, and some Biryani masala to it.
  • Now add 4 tbsp of prepared Kesar Milk to it.
  • Now add 2.5 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of salt in it, and mix everything well slowly.
  • Now in the last add some fried onion to it and put the lid on the cooker and cook on medium flame until 1 whistle.
  • After getting 1 whistle turn flame on low and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now your delicious veg biryani is ready and you can serve it and enjoy it.

Vegetable Biryani Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make the most delicious Veg biryani first of all take 1.5 cups of India gate Rice and wash and soak in water for 1/2 Hour.

3 – Now put a cooker on the pan and 2 tbsp of ghee and 2 tbsp of oil in it and heat.

4 – Now add chopped onion and fry on medium flame until it becomes golden.

5 – Now add 4 cardamoms, 2 bay leaf 1 tsp of cumin seeds, black pepper – 5, cinnamon stick – 2, 4 to 5 cloves, 1 – star anise, and mix everything and fry.

6 – Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 chopped green chili in it, and mix well, and roast little.
7 – Now add 1 chopped potato, 1 chopped carrot, 2 chopped capsicum, 50 gms of chopped beans and mix well and fry for 3 to 4 minutes until they become soft.
8 – Now add 1/2 cup of curd in it and mix well.

9 – Now add 1 tsp of Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder, and 2 tsp of biryani masala and mix well.
10 – Now add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
11 – Now add 2 tbsp of mint leaves, some chopped coriander, and mix well.
12 – Now add 1.5 cups of soaked rice and make a layer of it on vegetables (does not mix now only spread on vegetables).

17 – Now in the last add some fried onion to it and put the lid on the cooker and cook on medium flame until 1 whistle.

18 – After getting 1 whistle turn flame on low and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
