Materials
- 1.5 cup India Gate Rice
- 1/2 cup Warm Milk
- 1 pinch Saffron Strands
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 4 cardamoms
- 2 Bay leaf
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 5 black pepper
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 1 Star anise
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 chopped green chili
- 1 Chopped potato
- 1 chopped carrot
- 2 chopped capsicum
- 50 gms chopped beans
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tsp biryani masala
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- To make the most delicious Veg biryani first of all take 1.5 cups of India gate Rice and wash and soak in water for 1/2 Hour.
- Now take 1/2 cup of warm milk and add soak 1 pinch of saffron strands in it.
- Now put a cooker on the pan and 2 tbsp of ghee and 2 tbsp of oil in it and heat.
- Now add chopped onion and fry on medium flame until it becomes golden.
- Now add 4 cardamoms, 2 bay leaf 1 tsp of cumin seeds, black pepper – 5, cinnamon stick – 2, 4 to 5 cloves, 1 – star anise, and mix everything and fry.
- Now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 chopped green chili in it, and mix well, and roast little.
- Now add 1 chopped potato, 1 chopped carrot, 2 chopped capsicum, 50 gms of chopped beans and mix well and fry for 3 to 4 minutes until they become soft.
- Now add 1/2 cup of curd in it and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder, and 2 tsp of biryani masala and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of mint leaves, some chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now add 1.5 cups of soaked rice and make a layer of it on vegetables (does not mix now only spread on vegetables).
- Now add 2 tbsp of Ghee to it.
- Now spread some mint leaves, coriander leaves, and some Biryani masala to it.
- Now add 4 tbsp of prepared Kesar Milk to it.
- Now add 2.5 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of salt in it, and mix everything well slowly.
- Now in the last add some fried onion to it and put the lid on the cooker and cook on medium flame until 1 whistle.
- After getting 1 whistle turn flame on low and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now your delicious veg biryani is ready and you can serve it and enjoy it.
