बारिश में चाय के साथ खाओगे ये नया Tasty उल्टा वडा पाव तो हर शाम यही बनवाओगे Vada Pav – Ulta Vada Pav

INGREDIENTS
For Aloo masala:
Oil-2 tbsp
Mustard-1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp or 2-3 pinch
Curry leaves
Finely chopped green chilly – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Boiled & mashed potatoes – 4
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped coriander
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

For batter:
Gram flour – 1 & 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water as per required
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

For Vada pav
Bread slice – 4
Green chutney
Garlic chutney
Cheese slice

  • To make ulta vada pav take a pan.
  • Add oil,mustard,asafoetida,curry leaves,finely chopped green chilly,ginger garlic paste,turmeric and saute.
  • Add Boiled & mashed potatoes,Salt as per taste,finely chopped coriander,lemon juice & mix well.
  • Turn off the flame & transfer mix into bowl & let it cool.
  • Take a bowl,add Gram flour,rice flour,turmeric,salt & mix well.
  • Add water as per required & make a thick batter.
  • Cover & keep aside.
  • Take bread & Cut the edges.
  • Spread green chutney to one bread & garlic chutney to another bread.
  • Place cheese slice on one bread & Place second bread over it.
  • Cut into 4 pieces.
  • Take aloo mix & make pattie.
  • Cover bread piece with potato pattie.
  • Add baking soda to gram flour batter & mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying
  • Take a pattie & dip into gram flour mix & drop into hot oil & fry on medium flame until golden and crisp.
  • Fry green chillies in the same oil.
  • Take out into plate.
  • Ulta vada pav is ready to serve.Enjoy!
