Poha Veggie Tikka Recipe | How to make Poha Veggie Tikka at Home | Easy Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- 2 cups Poha/flatten rice
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 2 Finely chopped chilli
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make Poha Veggie tikka, first, take 1 cup of Poha.
- Now wash the Poha and soak it in the water for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the excess water and transfer Poha it into a bowl.
- Now into Poha, add one boiled and grated potato, two chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of capsicum, 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp of finely chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of finely chopped beans.
- Now add 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts Powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, salt as per taste.
- Now add 4 tbsp of gram flour, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, two pinches of turmeric powder.
- Now, mix everything well with your hands.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with oil.
- Now, transfer the mix on the tray and spread generously with a spoon.
- Now, put the tray into the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
- After 15 minutes, take the tray out from the fridge.
- Now, cut it into small squire pieces and transfer them to a plate (If you want to store it, keep it in the fridge for two weeks).
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for shallow fry and heat well.
- Now, place the prepared Tikka piece in the pan and shallow fry.
- After some time, turn them and fry on another side cook until golden crisp.
- Now, transfer all pieces to a plate and fry the second batch.
- Now your Veggie Poha tikka is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
