Poha Pakora Recipe | How to make Poha Pakora | Poha Pakoda Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Poha
- 4 tbsp Curd
- 5 tbsp Water
- 2 - 3 tbsp Grated Carrot
- 2 - 3 tbsp Red Capsicum
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 Chopped Green chilies
- 1 Chopped Onion
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- 1 Grated Raw Potato
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- Salt as per taste
- 5 tbsp Besan/Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Sesame/Til
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make Poha Pakora place a sieve on a bowl.
- Now add 1 cup of Poha to the Seive and wash it with water 2 to 3 times.
- Now remove the excess water and transfer Poha to the bowl.
- Now add 4 tbsp of curd, 1/2 cup of water, and mix well.
- Now cover it and rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now check after 15 minutes.
- Now add 2 tbsp of grated Carrot, 2 tbsp of red capsicum, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 2 chopped green chilli, 1 chopped onion, and 2 tbsp of chopped coriander.
- Now add 1 grated Potato and add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, and salt as per taste.
- Now ad 5 tbsp of gram flour and mix everything well.
- Now place a Tadka pan on flame and add 1 tsp of oil to it.
- Now add 1 tsp of Mustard seeds, 2 pinch Asafoetida, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, and turn off the flame.
- Now add prepared Tadka to the Poha Mixture and mix well.
- Now place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat.
- After Oil heat well then take a small part of the mixture and add it into the oil.
- Now fry all pakora until golden and crisp.
- Now transfer them to a plate.
- Now fry all batches until golden and crisp.
- Now your olden crispy Poha Bhajiya is ready and you can enjoy them.
