Materials
- Bottle Gourd – 1
- Wheat flour – 2 cup
- Gram flour – 1/4 cup
- Kasoori Methi
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Carom Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Chopped Onion – 1
For Garlic Chutney Recipe
- Garlic
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
- Salt
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Oil -3 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Lauki Ka Paratha, take a green bottle gourd, peel it, and cut it into two pieces.
- Next step: grate the Lauki with the help of a medium-sized grater.
- Next step: add 1 teaspoon of salt to the grated Lauki and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, squeeze the grated Lauki and remove the excess water.
- Next step: take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/4 cup of gram flour, Kasoori methi, and 1 tsp of salt, and mix everything well.
- Next step: add water as required and prepare a soft dough.
- Next step: add 1 tablespoon of oil and knead one more time.
- Next step: check the grated Lauki, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, and 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Next step: add ginger-green chilli paste, chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Next step: check the dough, take a small portion of the dough, and prepare a small ball.
- Next step: add 1 chopped onion to the stuffing and mix well.
- Next step: prepare a bowl with the prepared ball, add the stuffing, and close it from all sides.
- Next step: coat the dough with flour and roll the paratha into a medium thickness.
- Next step: place a Tawa on flame and heat well on medium flame.
- Next step: place the paratha on the Tawa and roast well for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, flip the paratha, roast for 30–40 seconds, and after that, apply the ghee on both sides.
- After the paratha turns golden and crispy, transfer the paratha to a plate and roast the next paratha.

- Next step: place a tempering pan on flame, add 3 tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- Next step: add the hot oil to the chutney mix and mix everything well.
