Kachoris are basically deep fried bread.There are many varieties of kachori recipes in the indian cuisine.Other delicious kachori recipes are khasta kachori , Aloo sooji kachori , Raj kachori , Bread kachori & so on. All these recipes are very instant & easy to make.
हलवाई जैसी खस्ता करारी कचोरियाँ एकबार बनाये 6महीने खायेसीक्रेट ट्रिक Khasta Kachori Recipe – Kachori
INGREDIENTS
Urad Dal (BLack Gram)- 1 cup
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Fennel (Saunf) – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper -15 pcs
Dry Red Chilli – 5 pcs
Clove – 2 pcs
Cardamon – 1 pcs
Hing – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make kachodi instant mix.
- Take a pan add urad dal and fry until aromatic.
- Add Cumin,Fennel (Saunf),Black Pepper,Dry Red Chilli,Clove,Cardamon and roast until golden on low flame.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Take a grinding jar and add urad dal mix.
- Add Hing,Salt,Coriander Powder,Black Salt and make a fine powder.
- Store in air tight container for 3 months.
- To make Bedmi poori take a bowl.
- Add atta,oil and instant mix mix well.
- Add water little by little and prepare semi soft dough.
- Keep aside for 10-15 mins and let it set.
- Take dough,prepare pedas.
- With a rolling pin roll pooris and keep aside.
- Take kadhai add oil and let it heat on medium flame.
- Add prepared poori and fry until golden crisp on both side.
- Bedmi Poori is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
