Materials
- 200 grams Ghee Mawa
- 100 grams Jaggery
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Milk powder
Instructions
- To make the perfect Doda Barfi, first take 200 grams of Leftover Ghee Mawa.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 100 grams of jaggery and 1/2 cup of water.
- Now melt jaggery and prepare a one-string Syrup.
- After the jaggery turns to one string consistency, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now place another pan on flame and Ghee Mawa to it and roast it slightly.
- After some time, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now, add prepared jaggery syrup on low flame on stir and mix well.
- After Mixing jaggery syrup add 2 tbsp of Milk Powder and mix well.
- After mixing it, cook until its starts leaving the pan.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with ghee.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame, transfer the barfi mix to the tray, and spread well.
- Now garnish the barfi with dry fruits.
- Now, let it set for 1 to 2 hours.
- After 1-2 hours, check the barfi and cut it into your desired shape.
- Now your Doda Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
