Crispy Mini Matar Kachori Recipe | How to make Matar Kachori at Home | Wheat flour Kachori Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- Salt as per taste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 inch Ginger
- 6 clove Garlic
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
Instructions
- To make crispy mini Matar kachori first, take a wide bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of wheat flour, 1 tsp of ajwain, salt as per taste, 3 tbsp of oil, 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice, and mix everything well.
- Now add Water and prepare a soft dough.
- Now, cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Now take a grinding jar, add 3 red chili, 1 inch Ginger, 6 garlic cloves and make a paste.
- Now add 1 cup of green peas, grind well and make a coarse paste.
- Now, place a pan on medium flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat it.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 pinch asafoetida, 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds, and saute well.
- After some seconds, add 2 pinches of baking soda and saute well.
- Now add Green peas mixture, mix well and cook on medium flame.
- After cooking for sometime, add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of sugar, and mix everything well.
- Now, close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
- After 2 minutes, remove the lid and add 4 tbsp of Desiccated coconut, 1 tsp of raisins, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, and cook for some time.
- Now add chopped coriander, 4 tbsp of spring onion greens, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tsp of lemon juice to it, mix everything, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes again.
- Now your Matar kachori stuffing is ready, transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
- After the stuffing has cooled down, prepare small balls of it one by one.
- Now, you make a small ball from the dough and roll it thin with the help of a rolling pin.
- Now, place a stuffing ball on the dough.
- Now, close the dough from all sides and make a kachori.
- Now, prepare the kachori with the remaining dough & stuffing one by one.
- Now place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well on medium flame.
- Now, add the prepared kachori into oil and fry well until the kachori become golden.
- After the kachoris turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your tasty & crispy Mini Matar kachoris are ready, and you can enjoy them.

Mini Matar Kachori Recipe – Step By Step
