In this post, I will share an easy and simple recipe to make amazing Hariyali Dhokla at your Home step By Step.

So without wasting any time, let’s start this recipe.

Ingredients of Haryali Dhokla Recipe 

  • Semolina – 1 Cup
  • Curd – ½ CUP
  • Water – ½ CUP
  • Boiled Spinach paste – 3 Tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – ½ Tsp
  • Baking soda – ½ Tsp
  • Chopped green chilli – 1
  • Oil for cooking
  • Green coriander – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilli – 2
  • Curry leaves – 10 – 12
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Sesame seeds- ½ tbsp.
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

In this post, I will share an easy and simple recipe to make amazing Hariyali Dhokla at your Home step By Step.

Materials

  • 1 cup Semolina 
  • 1/2 cup Curd 
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 3 tbsp Boiled Spinach paste 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda 
  • 1 Chopped green chilli 
  • Oil for cooking
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander
  • 2 Chopped green chilli 
  • 10-12 Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida 
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds/
  • 2 tbsp Oil 

Instructions

  •  To make Haryali Dhokla take a bowl and add 1 cup of semolina to it.
  • Now add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of sugar powder, one chopped chilli, 3 tbsp of spinach paste.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of Oil, 1/2 cup of curd little by little and mix everything.
  • Now add water as required and mix well and make a thick batter.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and mix well in one direction.
  •  Now, close the lid and let it rest for 1 hour.
  •  After 1 hour, take a Dhokla Mould and grease it with Oil.
  • Now transfer the Dhokla Batter it moulds.
  • Now place a cooker on flame and put a stand on it.
  •  Now add two glass of water and boil it on high flame.
  • After the water starts boiling, place the dhokla mould on the stand in Cooker.
  • Now remove the rubber and whistle from the lid and close the lid on Cooker.
  • Now cook for 20 – 25 minutes.
  • After 20 Minutes, place a Tadka pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of oil to it and heat well.
  •  Now add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, asafetida, curry leaves, sesame seeds, chopped green chilli.
  •  Now, check the Dhokla with a toothpick, and it is cooked perfectly. Please turn off the flame and take it out from the Cooker.
  •  Now, take out the Dhokla from the mould on a plate.
  •  Now add the prepared Tadka on Dhokla and garnish it with green coriander.
  •  Now leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Now cut it into small pieces, and your Haryali Dhokla is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Haryali Dhokla Recipe – Step By Step
