Potato Manchurian Recipe | How to make Potato Manchurian at Home | Aloo Manchurian Recipe
Materials
- 4 Potato
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour/Madia
- 4 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 3 Color Capsicum (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Water
- Spring Onions (Optional)
Instructions
- To make Super & Crispy Potato Manchurian, first take four medium-sized Potato.
- Now wash and peel all Potato and add them to water.
- Now, take water into another bowl and place a greater on it.
- Now greater all Potato and add grated Potato into the water, so Potato doesn’t turn dark.
- Now wash greeted Potato and drain the water completely and transfer into a bowl.
- Now, into greeted Potato, add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, salt as per taste and add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Now add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour(add more if required) and add 3 tbsp of cornflour.
- Now, mix everything well with your hands and add corn starch and all-purpose flour as required.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, turn the flame and lot and take the small ball size mix and add oil and fry light golden.
- Now, take out all Manchurian ball from oil and transfer into a plate and let them cool for 2 minutes for double fry.
- Now again, add all Manchurian balls into hot oil and fry well for 10 seconds.
- After 10 seconds, transfer all Manchurian balls into a plate.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of oil to it and rotate and grease pan on all sides and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, and chilli and stir fry well on high flame for 15 seconds.
- After 15 seconds, add chopped onion saute well for 1 minute.
- Now add chopped capsicum, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix well and stir fry for some seconds.
- Now add some chopped spring onion greens and mix well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 1 tsp of white vinegar and mix everything well saute medium-high flame.
- After some seconds, add 4 tbsp of water and mix well.
- Now, take 1 tbsp of corn starch into a bowl, add 2 tbsp of water to it, and mix well and make a slurry.
- Now add prepared slurry to the pan and mix well and cook.
- Now add all Manchurian balls and toss well and turn off the flame.
- Now garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
- Now, Your Potato Manchurian is ready, and you can enjoy it.
