Ingredients of Chilli Paneer Recipe 

  • Paneer/Cottage Cheese – 300 gms
  • Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Maida/All-Purpose Flour – 1 tbsp 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Oil For Shallow Fry
  • Oil-3 tbsp (for Manchurian)
  • Onion Petals – 1
  • Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
  • Grated Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chillies – 4
  • Red & Green Capsicum – 1/2
  • Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Spring Onion Green
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp(optional)
  • Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • 300 grams Paneer/Cottage Cheese 
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour 
  • 1 tbsp Maida/All-Purpose Flour 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 
  • Oil For Shallow Fry
  • 3 tbsp Oil(for Manchurian)
  • 1 pcs Onion Petals 
  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger 
  • 1 tbsp Grated Garlic 
  • 4 Green Chillies 
  • 1/2 pcs Red & Green Capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder 
  • Salt as per taste
  • Spring Onion Green
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 

Instructions

  • To make Chilli Paneer, first take 300 Grams of Paneer(Cheese) cut into diced form.
  • Now, take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of corn starch, 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and mix well.
  • Now add Paneer into the bowl and add 1 tbsp of corn starch again (Alternatively use 3 tbsp Arrowroot & 1 tbsp Maida / Alternatively use 2 tbsp Maida & 3 tbsp Rice Flour).
  • Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • Now toss and coat all paneer pieces well and do not add water.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for shallow fry and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add paneer pieces one by one into oil and shallow fry on medium flame.
  • Now flip and fry on all sides and fry until golden.
  • After Paneer turns to golden, transfer them into a plate.
  • Now, take out all oil from the pan and add just 3 tbsp of oil to the pan and heat well.
  • Now into the pan, add 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, four slits of green chilli and saute well on high flame.
  • After some seconds, add 1-Onion Petals and stir fry on high flame.
  • After one minute, add 1/2 Red & Green Capsicum and saute well.
  • After some time, add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and mix well.
  • Now add chopped spring onion greens and mix well.
  • Now, on medium flame, add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of white vinegar and mix well.
  • Now, take 1 tsp of Kashmiri powder, add little water to it, and prepare a slurry.
  • Now add Red chilli solution and 4 tbsp of water into the pan and mix well and cook on high flame.
  •  Now, take 1 tbsp of corn starch and 2 tbsp of water and prepare a slurry.
  • Now add corn starch slurry into the pan in batches and mix well and cook.
  • After Mix starts boiling, add prepared Paneer into the pan and mix well and stir for 30 seconds.
  • After 30 Seconds, turn off the flame and garnish it with spring onions greens.
  • Now your Chilli Paneer is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

10 – Now, take out all oil from the pan and add just 3 tbsp of oil to the pan and heat well.

11 – Now into the pan, add 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, four slits of green chilli and saute well on high flame.
12 – After some seconds, add 1-Onion Petals and stir fry on high flame.
13 – After one minute, add 1/2 Red & Green Capsicum and saute well.

14 – After some time, add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and mix well.
15 – Now add chopped spring onion greens and mix well.
16 – Now, on medium flame, add 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix well.

17 – Now add 1/2 tsp of white vinegar and mix well.
18 – Now, take 1 tsp of Kashmiri powder, add little water to it, and prepare a slurry.

19 – Now add Red chilli solution and 4 tbsp of water into the pan and mix well and cook on high flame.
20 – Now, take 1 tbsp of corn starch and 2 tbsp of water and prepare a slurry.
21 – Now add corn starch slurry into the pan in batches and mix well and cook.

22 – After Mix starts boiling, add prepared Paneer into the pan and mix well and stir for 30 seconds.

23 – After 30 Seconds, turn off the flame and garnish it with spring onions greens.
24 – Now your Chilli Paneer is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
