Ingredients of Wheat Flour Snack 

  • Wheat Flour – 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Red Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
  • Sooji/Semolina – 3 tbsp
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Oil for shallow fry

Materials

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Red Capsicum 
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes 
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala 
  • 2 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tbsp Sooji/Semolina
  • 2 tbsp Curd 
  • 1 tsp Oil 
  • Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  • To make Wheat flour Snack first place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of wheat flour to it.
  • Now dry roast it for 2 to 3 minutes until aromatic on low flame.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes turn off the flame and transfer flour into a bowl.
  • Now into flour add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of chopped red Capsicum, 2 tbsp of green capsicum, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilli, and finely chopped coriander.
  •  Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, 3 tbsp of semolina.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp of oil and mix everything well with a spoon.
  • Now add water as required and mix everything well and prepare a semi-soft dough.
  • Now take a chopping board and place the dough on it and spread evenly.
  • Now take a pizza cutter or Knife and cut it into a pizza shape.
  • Now transfer all pieces to a plate.
  • Now bake it in the oven at 180-degree preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Now keep all pieces in the fridge for 15 minutes to sustain the shape.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add oil for shallows fry and heat on medium flame.
  • Now add all pieces slowly and shallow fry on both sides.
  • Now transfer them into a plate.
  • Now your Crispy Wheat flour Snacks are ready and you can enjoy them.

1 – To make Wheat flour Snack first place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of wheat flour to it.
