नाश्ते में कुछ नया है खाना तो भुने हुए आटे से बिना तले ये टेस्टी नाश्ता जरूर बनाना Atta Suji Nashta

Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Red Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
Sooji/Semolina – 3 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Oil for shallow fry

  • To make Gehu atta snacks.
  • Take a kadhai add Wheat Flour and dry roast until aromatic.
  • After 3 mins turn off kadhai and transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste,Finely Chopped Red Capsicum,Finely Chopped Green Capsicum,Finely Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Coriander,Salt,Red Chilli Powder,Red Chilli Flakes,Cumin Powder,Chaat Masala,Turmeric Powder.
  • Add Sooji/Semolina,Curd,Oil,Add water and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Place Dough on platform and spread evenly.
  • Cut with help of pizza cutter or knife and give it a triangle shape.
  • Transfer onto a plate.
  • Shallow fry / deep fry or bake at 180 degree pre heated oven for 15-20 mins.
  • Can store in air tight container for 1 week in fridge.
  • Keep it in fridge for 15 mins to set.
  • Add oil in pan for shallow fry and let it heat.
  • Place prepared triangles in oil.
  • On low medium flame fry until golden.
  • Flip and fry until golden.
  • Take out and transfer onto a plate.
  • Gehu Atta snacks is reday…Enjoy!!
