Materials
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Red Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Sooji/Semolina
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Oil
- Oil for shallow fry
Instructions
- To make Wheat flour Snack first place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of wheat flour to it.
- Now dry roast it for 2 to 3 minutes until aromatic on low flame.
- After 2 to 3 minutes turn off the flame and transfer flour into a bowl.
- Now into flour add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of chopped red Capsicum, 2 tbsp of green capsicum, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chilli, and finely chopped coriander.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, 3 tbsp of semolina.
- Now add 2 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp of oil and mix everything well with a spoon.
- Now add water as required and mix everything well and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Now take a chopping board and place the dough on it and spread evenly.
- Now take a pizza cutter or Knife and cut it into a pizza shape.
- Now transfer all pieces to a plate.
- Now bake it in the oven at 180-degree preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now keep all pieces in the fridge for 15 minutes to sustain the shape.
- Now place a pan on flame and add oil for shallows fry and heat on medium flame.
- Now add all pieces slowly and shallow fry on both sides.
- Now transfer them into a plate.
- Now your Crispy Wheat flour Snacks are ready and you can enjoy them.
