Materials
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Finely chopped pista
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped almond
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped cashewnut
- 1 tsp Desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 3/4 cup Jaggery
- Oil/ghee for greasing
Instructions
- To make Wheat flour, Modak first places a pan on low flame and adds 4 tbsp of ghee to it, and melt.
- After ghee melts, add 1 cup of wheat flour, mix well, and roast it until golden & aromatic, and stir continuously.
- Now add 1 tbsp of ghee, 1 tsp of finely chopped pistachio, 1 tbsp of finely chopped almonds, 1 tbsp of finely chopped cashew, 1 tsp of desiccated coconut, and mix everything well.
- After the mix starts releasing the ghee, turn off the flame and let it a little cool.
- After it turns a little cool add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add 3/4 cup of Jaggery and mix well.
- Now, take a Modak Mould and fill Modak Mix into it.
- Now, de-mold Modak and take it out on a plate.
- Now prepare Modak remaining Mix.
- Now your Wheat flour Laddu is entirely ready.
