  • Water as required 
  • Oil

For Vrat Aloo Ki Sabji

  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli –  3 
  • Grated ginger – 1 inch 
  • Boiled potato – 4 
  • Rock salt – 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

For Makhana Raita 

  • Foxnut – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1 cup 
  • Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli – 1 
  • Rock salt per taste
  • Mint powder

For Vrat Chutney

  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chillies – 3-4 
  • Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp
  • Grated ginger – 1 tbsp
  • Rock salt 
  • Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice 
  • Water – 1 tbsp

Materials

Vrat Ka Paratha

  • Sago – 1 cup
  • Boiled potato – 3
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies – 2-3
  • Grated ginger – 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil

For Vrat Aloo Ki Sabji

  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli – 3
  • Grated ginger – 1 inch
  • Boiled potato – 4
  • Rock salt – 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

For Makhana Raita 

  • Foxnut – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli – 1
  • Rock salt per taste
  • Mint powder

For Vrat Chutney

  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chillies – 3-4
  • Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp
  • Grated ginger – 1 tbsp
  • Rock salt
  • Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice
  • Water – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • To make the tastiest Vrat Ke Parathe, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of sago, and dry roast for 3-4 minutes.
  • After 3-4 minutes, turn off the flame, transfer the roasted sago to a plate, and let it cool.
  • Next step – add cooled sago into a grinding jar, and make a fine powder.
  • Next step – in a wide plate, grate three boiled potatoes.
  • Next step – add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 2-3 green chilllies, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of rock salt, 4 tbsp of peanuts powder, and mix everything well.
  • Next step – add sago powder, and chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Next step – add water as required, prepare a soft dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Next step – take a portion of dough and roll it into medium thickness.
  • Next step – cut it into a round shape with the help of a plate/bowl and remove the excess dough.
  • Next step – place a tawa on flame, grease it with ghee, and heat well.
  • Next step – add prepared Paratha and roast well until golden and crispy.
  • After some time, flip the Paratha, apply ghee, and roast well on both sides.
  • After the Paratha turns golden, transfer it to a plate and roast the next Paratha.
  • Now your perfect Vrat Ka Paratha is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Aloo Ki Sabji,

  • To make the amazing Vrat Aloo Ki Sabji, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and heat well.
  • After the ghee melts, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of pepper powder, three chopped green chilli, and 1 inch of grated ginger and roast well.
  • Next step – add three crushed boiled potatoes and mix well.
  • Next step – take cups of hot water, add one boiled potato, and crush & mix well.
  • Next step – add crushed potato water, 1 tsp of rock salt, chopped coriander, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, add 1 tsp of lemon juice(optional), mix well, and turn off the flame.
  • Now your perfect Vrat Aloo Ki Sabji is completely ready.

Makhana Raita

  • To make the amazing Makhana Raita, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of fox nut, and roast on low flame.
  • After 1-2 minutes, transfer the roasted Makhana to a plate.
  • Next step – take 1 cup of curd, and whisk well.
  • Next step – add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, one chopped green chilli, rock salt, chopped coriander, and roasted Makhana, and mix well.
  • Next step – add mint powder, mix well and your amazing Makhana Raita is completely ready.

Vrat Chuney

  • Take a grinding jar, add coriander, 3-4 green chillies, 1 tbsp or roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, rock salt, and 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.
  • Next step – add lemon juice, 1 tbsp of water, and make a fine chutney.
