Materials
For Baingan Bhaja Recipe
- Roasted gram flour – 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Baingan Brinjal – 1
- Oil
For Instant Dal Tadka Recipe
- Chopped onion – 1
- Chopped tomatoes – 2
- Ginger – 1.5 inch
- Garlic – 6-7 cloves
- Chopped green chilli – 2-3
- Toor Dal – 1/2 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies – 2
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Green chillies – 2
- Chopped coriander
For Jeera Rice Recipe
- Basmati rice – 1 cup
- Water – 2 cups
- Ghee – 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Bay leaf – 1
- Green chillies – 2-3
- Cloves – 2
- Peppercorns – 3-4
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Big cardamom – 1
- Salt per taste
Instructions
Instant Vegetarian Thali Recipe – Baingan Bhaja
- To make the perfect Baingan Bhaja, take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, salt per taste, and mix everything well.
- Next step: take a baingan, wash it, and cut it into medium-thick slices, like in the following image.
- Next step: sprinkle the oil on the baingan and coat the baingan with the prepared masala.
- Next step: preheat your Morphy-Richards air fryer for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, place the prepared Baingan pieces into the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
- After 12–15 minutes, check your Baingan Bhaja and transfer it to a plate.
Instant Vegetarian Thali Recipe – Instant Dal Tadka
- To make the perfect instant dal fry, take a grinding jar, add chopped onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, and green chilli, and make a coarse paste.
- Next step: place a cooker on flame, add 1 tablespoon of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee melts, add 1 bay leaf, 1 big cardamom, the prepared paste, and roast on medium heat.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, and a little water. Mix everything well and roast on medium heat.
- After roasting for some time, add the 1/2 cup of washed toor dal and roast for 1 minute.
- Next step: add 1/2 cup of water, and salt per taste, and mix everything well.
- Next step: close the lid and cook on medium heat until 1.5 whistles.
- After 1.5 whistles, turn off the flame, remove the lid, and check the Dal.
- Next step: place a pan on the flame, add 1 teaspoon of ghee, and heat well.
- Next step: add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, 1 tsp of garlic paste, 2 dry red chillies, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, and 2 split green chillies.
- Next step: turn off the flame, pour the prepared tempering on the Dal, and garnish it with chopped coriander.
- Now your perfect Dal Fry is completely ready.
Instant Vegetarian Thali Recipe – Jeera Rice Recipe
- To make the perfect Jeera rice, take 1 cup of basmati rice, wash well, and soak for 20–25 minutes.
- After 20–25 minutes, in a Bajaj electric rice cooker pan, add soaked rice and 2 cups of water.
- Next step: place a pan on flame, add 2 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee is hot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf, 2-3 green chillies, 2 cloves, 3-4 peppercorns, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 big cardamom, and roast a little.
- After a few seconds, turn off the flame and pour the prepared tempering into the rice cooker.
- Next step: add salt per taste and mix everything well.
- Next step: Put the rice cooker pan into the rice cooker, press the cooking button and cook the rice.
- Once the rice cooker switch pops up, open the cooker after 10–12 minutes and check the rice.
- Now your complete vegetarian thali with Baingan Bhaja, Dal Fry, and Jeera Rice is completely ready, and you can serve it with papad, chutney, salad, pickles, and buttermilk.
