Materials
- 1 cup. Boiled Noodles
- 1 tbsp. Corn Flour
- Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp. Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 tbsp. Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 tbsp. Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 tbsp. Finely Chopped Beans
- 2 tbsp. Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1 tbsp. Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Finely Chopped Ginger
- Finely Chopped Green chili
- 2 tbsp. Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. White Vinegar
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Chilli sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. Pepper Powder
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp. Corn Flour
Instructions
- To make Veg manchow soup, first of all, take 1 cup boiled noodles.
- Now add 1 tbsp of cornflour to the noodles and mix well.
- Now heat the oil.
- Now when the gas gets hot, put the noodles in the oil and fry them till they become golden.
- After the noodles are fried, take them out on a plate.
- Now you a pan on the gas and add 2 tbsp of oil in it and heat it.
- When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, and green chilies to it and fry it.
- After 30 seconds, add all the vegetables in it and cook it on a medium flame for 90 seconds.
- Now add 2 tbsp soya sauce to the pan and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tbsp of white vinegar, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp of chili sauce, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tbsp. salt, 1/2 tbsp of black pepper powder, and mix everything well.
- Now after 1 minute, add 2 cups of water and mix everything well and let it boil.
- Now take a bowl and 1 tbsp cornflour and a little water to make its slurry.
- Now put pulses in the slurry pan and mix everything well.
- Now boil it until its consistency becomes thick.
- Now you can serve your veg manchow soup and add spring onion green lentils to it and after that, you add fried noodles to it.
