Soya Masala Roll

1 – To make the amazing Soya Masala Roll, place a pan on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, and heat well.
2 – After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of chopped garlic, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, two chopped green chilli, and mix well.
3 – Next step – add 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 2 tbsp of chopped cabbage, and 1 tbsp of chopped capsicum, and saute a little.
4 – Next step – add one chopped tomato, salt per taste, 1/2 cup of boiled soya chunks, and roast a little.
5 – After some time, add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, and 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce.
6 – Next step – add 1/2 tsp of chaat masala and mix everything well.
7 – Next step – turn off the flame, and garnish it with chopped coriander.
8 – Next step – take a Roti and add prepared Stuffing to it.
9 – Next step – sprinkle chaat masala, chopped coriander, sliced onion, and eggless white mayonnaise.
10 – Next step – fold the roti and wrap it into butter paper.
11 – Now, your amazing Soya Masala Roll is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
