Ingredients of Vada Pav Dry Garlic Chutney Recipe 

  • Grated Dry Coconut – 6 tbsp 
  • Peanuts -2 tbsp 
  • Dry red chilli –  10 – 15 Pcs 
  • Garlic Cloves with peel – 12 – 15 pcs
  • Salt – 1 tsp 
  • Kashmir Red chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 6 tbsp Grated Dry Coconut 
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts 
  • 10-15 pcs Dry red chilli
  • 12-15 pcs Garlic Cloves with peel 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Kashmir Red chilli Powder 

Instructions

  •  To make Vada Pav Red garlic chutney, first take 6 tbsp of dry grated coconut.
  • Now, place a pan on low flame, add grated coconut to it, and roast on low flame and not change its colour.
  • After 1 minute, turn off the flame and transfer roasted coconut to a plate.
  • Now, again, place the pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of raw peanuts and roast a little on low flame.
  • After one minute, turn off the flame, transfer peanuts to a plate, and remove the peel of peanuts.
  •  Now, place the pan on flame and add 10 to 15 dry red chilli to it and roast on low flame.
  • After roasting it turn off the flame transfer it to a plate.
  • Now again, place the pan on flame and add 12 to 15 garlic with peel and dry roast little on low flame until golden.
  • Now turn off the transfer it into a plate.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add roasted coconut to it, and grind well and make a fine powder.
  • Now, transfer the coconut powder to a plate.
  • Now, again, take the grinding jar, add roasted peanuts to it, and grind well and make a coarse powder.
  • Now, transfer the peanuts powder to a plate.
  •  Now, into the grinding jar, add roasted red chilli and grind well.
  • Now, into the grinding jar, add roasted garlic and grind it well with red chilli.
  •  Now add coconut and peanuts into the same jar and add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli.
  •  Now blend everything well.
  • Now your Spicy Vada Pav Red chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it with vada pav or Idli and store it for one month.

1 – To make Vada Pav Red garlic chutney, first take 6 tbsp of dry grated coconut.

2 – Now, place a pan on low flame, add grated coconut to it, and roast on low flame and not change its colour.

3 – After 1 minute, turn off the flame and transfer roasted coconut to a plate.

10 – Now, take a grinding jar, add roasted coconut to it, and grind well and make a fine powder.
