मुंबई की मशहूर वड़ा पाव की चटपटी सुखी लाल चटनी जो रोटी इडली डोसा के साथ भी खा सके Vada Pav Chutney

INGREDIENTS
Grated Dry Coconut – 6 tbsp
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Dry Red Chillies – 10-15 pcs
Garlic cloves with peel – 12-15 pcs
Salt – 1 tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch powder – 1 tsp

  • To make Vada Pav Shuki Lal Chutney Take a pan add grated dry coocnut.
  • Roast on low flame,Do not change its colour.
  • Turn off flame after 1 mins and transfer into a plate.
  • In same kadhai add Peanuts and dry roast until golden crisp.
  • Turn off flame after 1 mins and transfer into a plate.
  • In same kadhai add Dry Red Chillies and dry roast until crisp.
  • Turn off flame and transfer into a plate.
  • In same kadhai add Garlic cloves with peel and dry roast until golden.
  • Turn off flame and transfer into a plate.
  • Remove peel of peanuts.
  • Take a grinding jar and add coconut and make a coarse powder.
  • Transfer into a plate.
  • Add peanuts and make a coarse powder.
  • Add roasted red chillies and make a coarse powder.
  • Add roasted garlic and make a coarse powder.
  • Add coconut and peanut powder into same jar,add Salt,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,Blend all ingredients.
  • Store in air tight container for 6 months in fridge.
  • Vada Pav Shuki Lal Chutney is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
