बारिश में चाय वाले एकदम नए Tasty चटपटे पकोड़े जिसे सभी मांग मांग कर खाएंगे Pakora – Pakora Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Coriander – 1 cup
Chopped green chilli – 4
Chopped ginger – 1 inch
Salt as per taste
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Sev – 2 tbsp
Tomato – 3
Gram flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep fry

  • To make tomato pakoda take a jar.
  • Add Coriander,Chopped green chilli,Chopped ginger,Salt,Black salt,Cumin,Chaat masala.
  • Make fine paste without adding water.
  • Add Sev,Lemon juice and blend well.
  • Take tomatoes, cut into medium thick slices.
  • Spread the prepared chutney on tomato slices.
  • Take a bowl add Gram flour,Rice flour,Salt,Asafoetida,Caraway and mix well.
  • Add water little by little and prepare batter.
  • Add baking soda and Mix gently.
  • Add oil in kadhai and heat.
  • Coat tomato into the batter on all sides.
  • Drop into oil and fry until golden crisp.
  • Tomato Pakoda is ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
