Materials
- 1 cup coriander
- 4-5 Green chilli
- 1 Inch chopped ginger
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tbsp Sev
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- tomato
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- salt as per taste
- 2 pinch asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make Spicy Tomato Pakora take a grinding jar and add 1 cup of coriander to it.
- Now add 4 to 5 Green chilli, 1 inch of chopped ginger, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Now grind everything well and make a fine paste.
- Now, into the jar, add 2 tbsp of Sev, 1 tsp of lemon juice and grind again and make a fine paste without adding water.
- Now, take a tomato and cut them into medium-thick slices.
- Now, take a slice of tomato and add prepared chutney and spread well.
- Now take a bowl and add 1 cup of gram flour, 1/4 cup of rice flour, salt as per taste, two pinch asafoetida and 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
- Now mix everything well and add water as required and prepare a batter.
- Now into the batter, add 1/4 tsp of baking soda and mix well.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- Now, take a tomato slice and coat it into the batter and add it into the hot oil one by one.
- Now turn the flame to medium and fry well on all sides until golden.
- Now transfer all Pakoda into a plate and fry another batch.
- Now your Spicy Tomato Pakoda are ready, and you can enjoy them.
