Ingredients of Sheer Khurma Recipe 

  • Full fat milk – 1 liter
  • Soaked and chopped cashew nuts – 2 tbsp
  • Soaked and chopped almonds – 2 tbsp
  • Raisins – 1.5 tbsp
  • Soaked and chopped dates – 3-4
  • Chironji – 1 tbsp
  • Soaked and chopped pistachio – 1.5 tbsp
  • Ghee – 4 tbsp
  • Sevai – 30 gms
  • Condensed Milk – 150 gms
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron strands – 1 pinch

Materials

  • 1 liter Full fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Soaked and chopped cashew nuts
  • 2 Soaked and chopped almonds 
  • 1.5 tbsp Raisins 
  • 3 to 4 Soaked and chopped dates 
  • 1 tbsp Chironji 
  • 1.5 tsp Soaked and chopped pistachio
  • 4 tbsp Ghee 
  • 30 grams Sevai 
  • 150 grams Condensed Milk 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch Saffron strands

Instructions

  • To make delicious Sheer Khurma First Place a Heavy Base Pan on flame and 1 liter of full-fat milk in it.
  • Now boil milk on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes until the milk turns thick.
  • Now Take 2 tbsp of chopped Cashew Nuts (Soaked into the water for Over Night or 1 Hour in Hot water), 2 tbsp of chopped Almonds( Soaked into the water for Over Night or 1 Hour in Hot water), 1.5 tbsp of Raisins, 4 soaked and chopped dates, 1 tbsp of Chironji, 1.5 tbsp of chopped pistachio.
  •  Now place another pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of Ghee to it and heat.
  • Now add chopped cashew, almonds, dates, pistachio, and everything fry on low flame until golden.
  • Now add Raisins and Chironji in it and roast well.
  • Now turn off the flame and transfer all dry fruits into Boiling Milk.
  • Now continuously stir and boil milk for 8 to 10 Minutes.
  • Now in the dry fruit pan add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt well on medium flame.
  • After Ghee Melt well adds 30 grams of Sevai and fry well until golden.
  •  After Sevai Become Golden transfer them into Boiling Milk and Mix well.
  •  Now add 150 Grams of condensed Milk and Mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Now turn off the flame and some saffron strands to it.
  • Now your delicious Sheer Khurma is ready you can enjoy it or if you want to eat chilled Sheer Khurma then put it into the fridge for 2 Hour then you can enjoy it.
