Sabudana Vada Recipe |How to make Sabudana Vada | Tapioca Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- Tapioca – 1.5 cup
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Green Chilli – 2 to3
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Fresh Curd – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- Rock Salt – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Coarse Peanut – 1/2 cup
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Rock Salt as per taste
- Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Boiled Potato – 3
- Lime Juice
Instructions
- To make amazing Sabudana Vada take 1.5 cup of Sabudana(tapioca).
- Now wash the Sabudana 2 to 3 times and remove the all-white starch.
- Now add water into the Sabudana bowl (make sure that water is just 1/2 inch over the Sabudana) for 3-4 hours.
- After 3-4 hours, check the Sabudana and strain the water if required.
- Now, take a wide bowl and add soaked Sabudana to it.
- Now add 2-3 finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1/2 cup of coarse peanuts, finely chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tsp of pepper powder, rock salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin, and mix everything well.
- Now add three boiled & grated potatoes, lime juice, and mix everything well again.
- Now, take a small side mix, prepare a Vada, and smoothen the edges.
- Now, one by one, prepare Vada with the remaining dough.
- Now keep all Sabudana Vada aside for 5 minutes.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for shallow fry and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, one by one, add Vada into oil and fry well on low, medium flame.
- After Vada turns a little golden, turn them to another side and roast well until golden and crispy.
- After Vada turns golden and crisp, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Sabudana Vada is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
Vrat Special Chutney
- To make amazing Vrat Special Chutney, first take a grinding jar and add a handful of fresh coriander.
- Now add 2-3 green chilli, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tbsp of fresh curd.
- Now add 1 tsp of lime juice, 1 tsp of rock salt, little water, and blend well.
- Now your Vrat special chutney is ready, and you can enjoy it.
