Easy Rice Vada Recipe | How to Make Rice Vada at Home | Instant Rice Flour Vada
Materials
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chili
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- Salt as per taste
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup Water
- Finely Chopped
- Coriander
- Oil for deep Fry
- 2 pinch Asafetida
Instructions
- To make the perfect Rice Vada, first take a bowl and add 1 cup of rice flour.
- Now add 2 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of grated ginger, salt as per taste.
- Now add 1 cup of curd and 1 cup of water, mix everything well, and prepare a batter.
- Now add 2 pinches of asafoetida, and mix well.
- Now place a pan on flame, add prepared batter into it and cook on medium flame(stir continuously).
- After the mix turns thick & leaves the pan, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- After the mix become cool, add chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now grease your hands, take lemon size dough prepare a Vada with It.
- Now, prepare the Vadas with the remaining dough.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for frying and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, one by one, add prepared Vada’s and fry well.
- After some time, flip all Vada’s and fry well on both sides.
- After your Vada’s turns crispy and golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Instant Rice Vada’s are ready, and you can enjoy them.

14 – Now your Instant Rice Vada’s are ready, and you can enjoy them.
