Materials
- Rice flour – 1.5 Cup
- Semolina – 4 tbsp
- Chopped Carrot – 1
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Green chilli – 3
- Chopped Coriander
- Curry Leaves Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Water – 4 Cup
For Chutney Recipe
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Split Chickpeas – 4 tbsp
- Peanut – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 4
- Red Chili(Lal Mirch)
- Curry Leaves
- Tamarind/Imli juice – 1 tsp
- Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
- Split Black Gram – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida/Hing – 1 pinch
- Curry Leaves
- Red Chili(Lal Mirch)
Instructions
- To make Perfect Rice Flour Dosa, take a bowl and add 1.5 cups of rice flour to it.
- Now add 4 tbsp of semolina(secret trick), 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 finely chopped onion, 3 finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped coriander, finely chopped curry leaves.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add 4 cups of water, mix everything well and prepare a thin batter.
- Now cover the batter and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the batter, place a pan on medium flame, and heat well.
- Now, take a small bowl to pour the batter into Tawa.
- After the hot pan, add dosa batter into Tawa from sides to the center and roast.
- After the dosa turns dry, add some drops of oil and let it cook.
- Flip it and cook on both sides after the dosa turns a little golden.
- After your Dosa turns golden & crispy, transfer it to a plate and cook the next dosa.
- Now your Perfect Rice Flour Dosa is ready, and you can enjoy it.
Udupi Hotel Style Chutney Recipe
- To make amazing Udupi Hotel-style chutney, first place a pan on flame, add 2 tsp of oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 4 tbsp of chana dal(split chickpeas), 2 tbsp of peanuts, 4 garlic cloves, and roast everything a little.
- After some seconds, add 3 dry red chilli, curry leaves, and roast for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now take a grinding jar, add chutney mix, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of tamarind paste.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water, grind well and make a fine paste.
- Now, place a tempering pan on flame, add 2 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Urad Dal(Split Black Gram), 1 pinch asafoetida, curry leaves, 1 dry red chilli, and roast a little.
- Now pour the tempering on the prepared chutney.
- Now your Instant Udupi Hotel-style chutney is ready, and you can enjoy it with Rice Flour Dosa.
