Easy Rice Flour Breakfast Recipe | How to make Rice Flour Breakfast | Rice Flour Snack Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 3 Green Chilli
- 1 Chopped Onion
- Chopped Coriander
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make Rice flour Breakfast, first take a bowl and add 1 cup of rice flour.
- Now add 1/2 cup of wheat flour, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, three finely chopped green chillies.
- Now add one finely chopped onion, chopped coriander, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Now, little by little, add water and mix well and prepare a thick batter.
- Now into the batter, add 3/4 tsp of baking powder( Alternatively, you can use 1/2 tsp of baking soda), and mix well.
- Now, close the lid and let it rest for 5-8 minutes.
- After 5-8 minutes, check the batter.
- Now place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying( Add oil 1/4th of the pan) and heat well medium flame.
- After the oil is hot, turn the flame to low.
- Now take one ladle full batter and add it into the pan and fry it on low, medium flame.
- After some time, flip it and fry on another side until it turns golden crisp.
- After it turns golden, transfer it to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Testy Rice flour breakfast is ready, and you can enjoy it.
Garlic Chutney Recipe
- To make Red garlic chutney, first take 50 grams of dry red chilies and soak them into the water for 2 hours.
- Now strain the water and keep the water aside.
- Now, place a pan on low, medium flame and oil to it and heat well.
- Now add 100 grams of garlic clove. 1.5 inches of ginger, two small pieces on tamarind, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of coriander seeds, and roast everything well.
- Now add soaked red chilli and mix well and cook well.
- Now turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add chutney mix, salt as per taste, two laddle total red chilli water, grind well, and make a fine paste.
- Now transfer the chutney to a bowl.
- Now, place a pan on flame and 2 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, some curry leaves, and 7-8 garlic cloves and roast until garlic turns a little golden.
- Now add prepared chutney to the pan and mix well and roast on low flame.
- After the chutney starts releasing the oil, close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- After 3-4 minutes, your garlic chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
