  • Sugar Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 Cup
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
  • Red food color – 4 Drops
  • Eno Fruit Salt – 1 Pack

Materials

  • 3 packs Biscuit 
  • 2 packs Chocolate Biscuit
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Powder
  • 1 cup Milk 
  • 1 tbsp Oil 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4 drop Red food color
  • 1 pack Eno Fruit Salt

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Red Velvet cupcake, take 3 Packet of Parle-G Biscuit and 2 Packet of Chocolate biscuits.
  • Now, break all Biscuits into small pieces, add them into a grinding jar and make a fine powder.
  • Now, place a pan on medium flame and place a stand into it.
  • Now close the lid and preheat the pan for 5 Minutes.
  • Now take 6 Steal bowls/Cups and grease them with oil on all sides.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of sugar powder to biscuit powder.
  • Now, little by little, add 1 cup of milk and prepare a ribbon consistency batter.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, and mix well.
  • Now add 4 drops of red food color and mix well.
  • Now add 1 pack of Eno fruit salt, 1 tbsp of milk, and mix well in one direction.
  • Now fill 3/4th of all bowls with prepared batter and place all bowls on a plate.
  • Now, place the plate to the pan on the stand.
  • Now, close the lid and bake the cupcake on low flame for 25 to 35 minutes.
  • After 25-minute check the cupcake by inserting a toothpick; if the toothpick came out clean, this means your cupcake is baked perfectly.
  • Now turn off the flame, take the cupcakes to a platform, and let them cool.
  • After the cupcake has cooled down, separate the edges and demould all cupcakes.
  • Now garnish your red velvet cupcake with Buttercream and mashed cupcake.
  • Now your perfect Red velvet cupcake is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
