What is Rava Kesri Bhat and its History?

Materials
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 10 Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup Semolina/Sooji
- 1.5 cup Water
- 1 pinch Kesar Food color
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- First of all put a pan on gas and add 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Now Add 10 cashew in it fry and after kaji become little pink then add raisins in it and fry.
- Now take them out on a plate and keep them aside.
- Now in the pan adds 1/2 cup of Bombay rava and roast until aromatic.
- After getting Learning fragrance then turn off the gas and keep it aside.
- Now put another pan on gas and 1.5 cups of water, 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of ghee now mix on medium flame and get a boil.
- After getting a boil to add 1 pinch of saffron food color and mix well.
- Now on medium flame add suji in batches and mix well.
- Now continuously stirring and cook on medium flame.
- Now add 1 cup of sugar in it and mix well.
- Now add saffron water in it and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of ghee and cook continuously stirring on medium flame.
- Now again add 1 tbsp of ghee in it and mix well.
- Now close the lid on it and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes remove the lid and add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and add dry fruits it and mix well ( save some dry fruits for garnishing).
- Now turn off the gas take it in a small bowl.
- Now you can serve it on banana leave and enjoy it.
