  • Milk powder – 3/4 cup
  • Milk – 3/2 cup 
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Water – 3/4 cup
  • Crushed Elachi powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil/ghee for frying
  • Chopped Almonds & pista

Materials

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 3/4 cup Milk powder
  • 3/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Crushed Elachi powder
  • Oil/ghee for frying
  • Chopped Almonds & pista

Instructions

  • To make Perfect Rajasthani Malpua, first take a bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of milk powder.
  • Now, little by little, add milk, mix well, and prepare a medium consistency batter.
  • Now, the batter and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar,3/4 cup of water and melt the sugar.
  • After sugar melts, add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, turn off the flame and keep the pan aside.
  • After 15 minutes, check the batter and mix well again.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, turn the flame low and add one full ladle of Malpua batter into the pan(Add Malpua Batter according to space).
  • After some time, spit the Malpua and fry until light brown on low, medium flame.
  • After Malpua turn light brown, take them out from the oil, squeeze the excess oil, and transfer them to a plate.
  • Now transfer the hot Malpua into the sugar syrup and keep it into syrup for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, take out Malpua from the sugar syrup.
  • Now your Rajasthani Malpua are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
