Materials
- Milk – 1 liter
- Saffron strands
- Curd – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Cardamom powder
Instructions
- To make the perfect Rasmalai, place a pan on flame, add 1 liter of full-fat milk and boil the milk.
- After a boil, take out 1 tbsp of boiled milk in a bowl.
- Next step – take one pinch of saffron, add 1 tbsp of how milk, and soak it for some time.
- Next step – take 1 tbsp of saved milk, add 1 tsp of curd and mix well.
- Next step – little by little, add prepared curd mix into boiling milk and mix well on low flame.
- Next step – add the saffron strands of milk and mix well, makesure you scrape the side milk and mix it well into the milk.
- After milk remains 1/2 of its quantity, add 4 tbsp of sugar and 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- After the Rabri turns thick, turn off the flame and scrape the side milk and mix it into the milk.
- Now, your Perfect Halwai style Rabri is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
