  • Jaggery – 150 grams
  • Ragi – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 100 grams
  • Cardamom powder

Materials

  • Black gram – 3/4 cup
  • Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • Cashew – 1/4 cup
  • Oats – 1/4 cup
  • Soyabean – 1/4 cup
  • Jaggery – 150 grams
  • Ragi – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 100 grams
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • To make the super Healthy & tasty Protein Ladoo, place a pan on flame, add almonds & cashew to it and roast well for 3 minutes on low to medium flame.
  • After 2 minutes, transfer cashed & almonds to a plate.
  • Next step – add oats into the pan and roast well for 2-3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, transfer the roasted oats to a plate and let it cool.
  • Next step -add soyabean into the pan and roast well for 4-5 minutes.
  • After 4-5 minutes, transfer the roasted soyabean to the plate.
  • Next step – add Black gram into the pan and roast well until it turns golden.
  • After the black gram turns golden, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add roasted Soyabean, roasted oats, cardamom powder, and make a fine powder.
  • Next step – transfer the prepared powder to a bowl.
  • Now add cashed & almonds into the grinding jar, grind on the pulse and make a fine powder.
  • Next step – transfer the almond & cashew powder into the bowl.
  • Next step – add urad dal into the jar, grind well and make a fine powder.
  • Next step – place a kadhai on flame, add 2-3 tbsp of ghee, and heat well.
  • After the ghee melts, add 1/2 cup of Ragi and roast well on low to medium flame.
  • Now add all prepared powder into the kadhai and mix everything well.
  • Next step – add crushed jaggery, and mix well.
  • Now, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to a bowl.
  • Next step – add little ghee for binding, take a small portion of the mix, and prepare a Ladoo with it.
  • Now your amazing Healthy and tasty Protein Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
