Materials
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Oil
- Hot Water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make Perfect Poori, first take a wide bowl and add 2 cups of wheat flour.
- The First secret trick of this recipe is to add 2 tbsp of Semolina and add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour to it.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sugar and mix everything well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of oil and mix well with your fingers.
- Now add, little by little, hot water and mix well with a spoon and your hands and prepare a smooth dough.
- Now add two drops of oil and coat on all sides.
- Now, cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, Check the dough and add two drops of oil and knead again
- Now, one by one, take a small portion of dough and prepare small balls with them.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying and heat well.
- Now, take a ball and roll the Poori round from all sides.
- After the oil is hot, add rolled Poori to it and fry well until golden.
- After Poori turns golden, transfer it to a plate and fry the next Poori.
- If oil is too hot, turn the flame on low medium, add rolled Poori, and fry.
