Materials
- 1 tsp Greated Ginger
- 2 Finely chopped green chilli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 1 tsp Black Gram
- 2 Red Chillies
- curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Poha
- 1 pinch Asafetida
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar Powder
Instructions
- To make Instant Poha Mix place a pan on flame and heat well.
- Now add 1 inch of ginger, 2 finely chopped green chili and dry roast well.
- Now turn of the flame and transfer them into a plate.
- Now in pan add 2 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of peanuts and roast until golden.
- Now add 1 tsp of Mustard Seeds, ½ tsp of jeera, 1 tsp of black gram, 2 dry red chilli, 1 tsp of curry leaves and mix well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of chashew Nuts and add Dry roasted Ginger and Chilli Mix and mix and roast everything well on low flame.
- Now add ½ tsp of turmeric Powder and Mix well.
- Now add 1 cup of Poha and roast on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Now add 1 pinch of asafoetida and mix well.
- After 10 to 12 minutes turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now add 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar powder and mix well.
- Now Your Instant Poha Mix is ready and You can store it for 2 to 5 Months.
- Now if you want to make it then boil water into Paha Mix and put a lid for minutes.
- Now you Poha is ready and you can enjoy it.
