Materials
For Pani Puri(Golgappa)
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Semolina
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Oil for frying
For Aalu Masala
- 2 pcs Boiled Potato
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 3 tbsp Boiled White Peas
- 1 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Dahi Bhalla Masala
Instructions
- To prepare Golgappa dough, take a wide bowl and add 1/2 cup of wheat flour and 1/4 cup of fine semolina.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a tight dough(I have used just 1/2 cup of water to prepare this dough).
- Now, cover the dough with a lid or a cloth and let it set for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, check the dough.
- Now, first grease the platform, grease your hands, and knead the dough well for 8-10 minutes until it gets its elasticity.
- Now divide the dough into three parts and keep all parts covered.
- Now, take one wet cloth to keep rolled Pani Puri and another wet cloth to cover the Pani Puri.
- Now, take a part of the dough and roll it thin and evenly.
- Now, take any cap and cut the Pani Puri.
- Now remove the extra dough, put it on the wet cloth, and cover it with the second.
- Now roll the remaining dough cut all Pani Puri.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- After the oil is hot rolled, Pani Puri into the pan, press on it with a spoon, and fry well.
- After Puri turns golden and crispy, transfer it to a plate and fry the next batch of Pani Puri.
- Now, your Pani Puri Golgappa is entirely ready.
Spicy Aalu Masala
- To make Aalu masala take two boiled potatoes.
- Now crush potato well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 3 tbsp of boiled white peas, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1/2 tsp of Dahi Bhalla masala.
- Now add 3 tbsp of Thika Pani-Puri Pani, finely chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now, your Pani Puri Aalu Masala is entirely ready.

Pani Puri Recipe – Step By Step
