- All Purpose flour – 2 cups
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1.25 tsp
- Curd – 5 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped onion – 1
- Chopped Green chilli – 2-3
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Chopped Carrot – 1
- Chopped Capsicum – 2-3 tbsp
- Salt per taste
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Grated cheese – 180 grams
- Chopped coriander
- Kalonji
- Chopped coriander
For Street Style Chutney
- Chopped onion – 1/2
- Chopped coriander
- Chopped green chillies – 2-3
- Chopped boiled potato – 4 tbsp
- Tamarind water – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Black salt – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Paneer Kulcha, take a wide plate, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar powder, 1.25 tsp of baking powder, and mix everything well.
- Next step – add 5 tbsp of curd, 2 tsp of oil, and mix well.
- Next step – add warm water as required and prepare a soft dough.
- Next step – apply oil to the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds, one chopped onion, and 2-3 chopped onions, and roast well on high flame.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and mix everything well.
- Next step – 1 chopped carrot, 2-3 tsp of capsicum, mix well and cook for 1 minute.

- Next step – add 180 grams of grated cheese, chopped coriander, and toss well for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, turn off the flame and keep the stuffing aside.
- Next step – check the dough, knead well again, and prepare a small ball.
- Next step – take a dough ball, dust it with flour, and make it like a bowl.
- Next step – fill the prepared stuffing and close it from all sides.
- Next step – roll the stuffed dough into medium thickness.
- Next step – apply little water, sprinkle Kalonji and chopped coriander, and gently press with a roller pin.
- Next step – place a Tawa on flame, and heat well on medium flame.
- After the Tawa is hot, sprinkle the water and place the prepared Kulcha on Tawa.
