Materials
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Carrot – 1
- Chopped Cabbage
- Chopped Capsicum – 1
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 /2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder
- Paneer – 150 gm
- Chopped Coriander
- Bread – 5
- Boiled Potato – 6
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- All-purpose flour – 3 tbsp
- Corn Starch – 2 tbsp
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- Water
Instructions
- To make the perfect Paneer Cutlet, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil and heat well.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and let it crackle.
- Next step: add one chopped onion, and roast well.
- After the onion turns pink, add one chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, one chopped capsicum, 2-3 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and roast a little.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala, little red chilli powder and mix everything well.
- After roasting for a while, add 150 grams of grated cheese and chopped coriander and mix everything well.
- After roasting for some time, turn off the flame, transfer the stuffing into a bowl and let it cool.
- Next step: take five bread slices, break them into small pieces and make a fine powder with the help of the grinding jar.
- Next step: take six boiled potato and cooled potatoes and mash them with the help of a masher.
- Next step: add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, prepared bread crumbs, and mix everything well.
- Next step: take a small portion of potato dough and give it a bowl shape.
- Next step: add prepared stuffing and seal it from all sides.
- Next step: prepare the cutlet with the remaining dough and stuffing.
- Next step: take a bowl, add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp of corn flour, salt, pepper powder, and water and prepare a slurry.
- Next step: one by one, take the prepared cutlet, dip it into the prepared slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Next step: keep all the cutlets in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- Next step: place a pan on flame, add oil for frying and heat well.
