Ingredients of Onion Pakora 

  • Onion – 4
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Carom Seeds/Ajwain – 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • Besan/Gram Flour – 1/2 cup
  • Rice Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Oil for Deep Fry

Materials

  • 4 Onion 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger 
  • 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 cup Besan/Gram Flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • Oil for Deep Fry

Instructions

  • To make Onion Pakora take 4 peeled Onion and cut Both Ends.
  • Now cut into thin slices and cut into small pieces.
  • Now add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of grated ginger, and mix well.
  • Now add 2 chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Cardamom seeds.
  • Now add finely chopped coriander, 1/2 cup of gram flour, 1 tsp of rice flour.
  • Now mix everything well with your hands.
  • Add more gram flour if needed but don’t add too much Gram flour.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add oil for frying and heat.
  • When oil becomes hot then take 1 tbsp of oil and add into Pakora Mix and mix well.
  • Now make sure oil is hot.
  • Now take the small part of the pakora mix and add it to the oil.
  • Now fry on high flame until crisp and golden.
  • Now transfer them to the plate.
  • Now fry all batches on high flame until golden and crisp.
  • Now your Onion Pakora is ready and you can enjoy them.

Onion Pakora Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make Onion Pakora take 4 peeled Onion and cut Both Ends.

6 – Now mix everything well with your hands.

7 – Add more gram flour if needed but don’t add too much Gram flour.
