- Salt – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Carom Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Water
- All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
- Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Nimki Mathri recipe, take a wide plate, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, and pepper powder, and mix everything well.
- Next step: add four tablespoons of oil and mix well.
- Now add one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add water, knead well, and prepare a tight dough.
- Now cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the dough and knead again.
- Now roll the dough and cut it into small pieces.
- Take a bowl, add two tablespoons of all-purpose flour and two tablespoons of ghee, and mix well.
- Take one portion of dough and roll it thin.
