Crispy Namakpara Recipe | How to make Namakpara | Spicy Tringle Namakpara Recipe
In this post, you will learn how to make Crispy and spicy Namakpara at Home very easily.
Yield: 10 serving
Materials
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 Boiled & Grated Potato
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt
- 1/4 tsp Mint Powder
Instructions
- To make Namakpara First take a wide Bowl and 1 cup of All-purpose Flour to it.
- Now add 1/2 cup of fine semolina, 1/4 cup of Gram flour, 1 tsp of carom seeds, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Now mix everything well with your hands.
- Now add 4 tbsp of oil and mix well.
- Now add grated Boiled potato( As Required) and mix well with your hand and prepare the tight dough.
- Now apply oil on top of the dough and rest it for 5 minutes.
- After 5 Minutes knead the dough again.
- Now cut the dough into 2 parts and keep 1 pard aside.
- Now take one Part and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now cut the edges of it and prepare a squire shape.
- Now cut it into medium strips.
- Now take 1 strip and cover all other stips with a cloth.
- Now cut it into a triangle shape.
- Now cut all stipes into a triangle shape.
- Now place a pan on flame and add oil for deep frying and heat.
- Now add tringle shape Namakpare to it and fry until Crisp and Golden.
- After they turn golden transfer them into a plate.
- Now follow the same steps and prepare to fry All Namakpara in oil.
- Now you can store it for 1 month and enjoy it and you want to make it more teasy then follow the next step.
- Now transfer Namakpare into a bowl and add Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp, Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp, Chaat Masala – 1 tbsp, Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp, Salt – 1/4 tsp, Black Salt – 1/4 tsp, Mint Powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Now mix all Masala and Namakpare and coat all sides.
- Now your Crispy and Spicy Namakpare are ready and you can enjoy them.
