  • Yellow moong dal – 1 Cup
  • Crushed Jaggery – 1 Cup
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee – 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped Almonds – 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped Pistachio – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 1 cup Yellow moong dal
  • 1 cup Crushed Jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tsp Ghee 
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped Almonds 
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped Pistachio

Instructions

  • To make Healthy and testy Moong dal laddu take 1 cup of yellow moong dal.
  • Now wash it with water and remove dirt and dust.
  • Now remove the excess water and let it dry.
  • Now place a pan on a low medium flame add dry moong dal to it.
  • Now dry roast it on low medium flame until golden and aromatic.
  • After Roasting, turn off the flame and take it out on a plate and let it cool.
  • Now take a grinding jar and add Moong dal to it and prepare a coarse powder.
  • Now In the same jar add 1 cup of crushed jaggery and blend well.
  • Now transfer the mix into a bowl and add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 2 tsp of ghee, 1 tsp finely chopped almonds, 1 tsp of finely chopped pistachio, and mix well.
  • Now prepare Laddu from Mix.
  • Now your quick and easy Moong dal Laddu is completely ready and you can enjoy them and store them for more than 15 Days.

Moong Dal laddu Recipe – Step By Step

1 – To make Healthy and testy Moong dal laddu take 1 cup of yellow moong dal.

2 – Now wash it with water and remove dirt and dust.
3 – Now remove the excess water and let it dry.

4 – Now place a pan on a low medium flame add dry moong dal to it.
