Moong Dal laddu recipe | How to make Moong dal Laddu at Home | Healthy Laddu Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Yellow moong dal
- 1 cup Crushed Jaggery
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Finely chopped Almonds
- 1 tsp Finely chopped Pistachio
Instructions
- To make Healthy and testy Moong dal laddu take 1 cup of yellow moong dal.
- Now wash it with water and remove dirt and dust.
- Now remove the excess water and let it dry.
- Now place a pan on a low medium flame add dry moong dal to it.
- Now dry roast it on low medium flame until golden and aromatic.
- After Roasting, turn off the flame and take it out on a plate and let it cool.
- Now take a grinding jar and add Moong dal to it and prepare a coarse powder.
- Now In the same jar add 1 cup of crushed jaggery and blend well.
- Now transfer the mix into a bowl and add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, 2 tsp of ghee, 1 tsp finely chopped almonds, 1 tsp of finely chopped pistachio, and mix well.
- Now prepare Laddu from Mix.
- Now your quick and easy Moong dal Laddu is completely ready and you can enjoy them and store them for more than 15 Days.
