Materials
- Green chilli – 250 gram
- Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 4 tbsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
- Black Salt – 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder – 3 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
- Mustard Oil – 1 tbsp
- Gram flour – 4 tbsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice
Instructions
- To make the amazing Masala Mirch Ki Sabji, take 250 grams of Green chilli.
- Next step – Cut the all green chilli like the following image.
- Next step – take a bowl, add 2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 4 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 2 tsp of fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 2 tsp of dry mango powder.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of Kasoori Methi, and 1/2 tsp of asafoetida, and mix everything well.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of mustard oil, and heat well.
- When the smoke starts coming out of the oil, turn off the flame, and let it a little cool.
- Next step – turn on the flame, add 4 tbsp of gram flour, and roast well on low flame.
- When gram flour turns aromatic, turn off the flame, add the prepared masala mixture and mix everything well.
- Next step – turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Next step – add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Next step- fill the prepared masala into all green chilli and make sure you save some Masala.
- Next step – place a pan flame, add 2 tbsp of mustard oil, and heat well.
- When the smoke starts coming out of the oil, turn off the flame, and let it a little cool.
- Next step – turn on the flame(low flame), add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, and 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- After a few seconds, add stuffed green chilli and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add 2 tbsp remaining Masala, and mix well.
- After 1-minute, turn off the flame, add 1 tbsp lemon juice, and mix well.
- Now, your amazing Masala Mirch Ki Sabji is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
