Mini Rasgulla Recipe | How to make Mini Rasgulla at Home | Bangali Chenna Recipe
Materials
- Toned Milk/Cow Milk- 1 ltr
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 Cup
- Water- 4 Cup
- All-Purpose Flour/Maida- 1 tbsp
Instructions
- To make the Perfect Mini Rasgulla, take 1 liter of toned milk(low-fat milk).
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 liter of milk to it, and boil and stir continuously.
- While boiling the milk, take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of lemon juice(alternatively use White vinegar), 2 tbsp of water, and mix well.
- After milk starts boiling, turn off the flame and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes.
- After 2-3 minutes, little by little, add lemon juice as required, mix and stir until the milk curdles(after milk starts curdling, do not add more lemon juice).
- After 1 minute, take a bowl and place a strainer on it and place a cloth on the strainer.
- Now, transfer the curdled milk over the cloth and remove the excess water.
- Now, wash the chenna with clean water to remove the lemon flavor.
- Now squeeze off the water completely with the help of the cloth.
- Now, leave the Cheena for 1 to 1.5 hours to ensure the water is drained completely.
- After 1.5 hours, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of sugar, 4 cups of water, and boil on medium flame.
- Now transfer the chenna to a plate and knead well with a palm until it becomes shiny.
- Now add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and knead well and prepare a cracked free smooth dough.
- Now prepare small size cracks free balls with prepared dough.
- After the sugar starts boiling one by one, adds prepared Rasgulla into the pan.
- Now closes the lid and cooks the Rasgulla for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the Rasgulla and gently flip all Rasgulla.
- Now, close the lid again and cook for 18-20 minutes.
- After 18-20 minutes, again check the Rasgulla, and turn off the flame.
- Now transfer the Rasgulla to a bowl and let them cool.
- Now your Perfect Mini Rasgulla is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
