  • Boiled Potatoes – 4 
  • Fresh green Peas – 1/2 cup 
  • Green chilli – 2 
  • Garlic – 5-6
  • All-purpose flour – 200 grams 
  • Salt – 1 tsp 
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Caraway – 1 tsp 
  • Baking Powder – 1 tsp 
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  • Ghee – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 4 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh green Peas
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 5-6 Garlic
  • 200 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Caraway
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Instructions

  • To make excellent Matar Aloo Roti, first take a bowl and add four boiled potatoes and mash well with the help of a masher.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add 1/2 cup of fresh green peas, 1/2 inch ginger, two green chillies, 4-5 garlic cloves, grind well and make a coarse paste.
  • Now add the prepared paste into mashed potato.
  • Now add 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp ofa salt, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of caraway, 1 tsp of baking powder and mix everything well.
  • Now add chopped coriander and mix well and prepare a dough.
  • Now add 1 tsp of ghee and knead well one more time.
  • Now, take a rolling board and dust all-purpose flour on it.
  • Now, take part of the dough and roll it.
  • Now, cut it into four parts.
  • Now, place a Tawa on flame and grease it with oil and heat.
  • Now, place all Roti pieces on the Tawa, apply ghee on top and roast well on medium flame.
  • After they turn golden, turn them to another side and roast well.
  • Now transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
  • Now your Matar Aloo Roti is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
