Materials
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 4 Boiled & Mashed Potato
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Chopped Coriander
For Lal Chutney
- 1/4 cup Garlic
- 1/4 cup Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Water
Pav /Ladi Pav
- 1 tsp Butter Oil
- Chopped Coriander
- 2 pinch Pav Bhaji Masala
- Sliced Onion
- Sliced Tomato
- Chaat Masala
- Sliced Capsicum
Instructions
Stuffing Recipe
- To make Mumbai style masala Pattice pav, first place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of oil to it and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of grated ginger, two chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of chopped garlic and saute everything on low, medium flame until light golden.
- Now add four boiled and mashed potato and mix well and cook.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, salt per taste and mix everything well.
- After mixing everything, add 1 tsp of lemon and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and let it cool.
Instant Red Chutney Recipe
- To make Instant Red chutney, first, take a grinding jar and add 1/4 cup of garlic, 1/4 cup of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Now add 1 tbsp of roasted peanuts, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1-2 tbsp of water.
- Now grind everything well.
- Now your red chutney is ready, and you can store it for 4-5 days.
Masala Pattice Pav Recipe
- After stuffing is cool, take lemon size portion and prepares Tikki with it.
- Now, prepare Tikki with the remaining stuffing.
- Now take Pav/Ladi pav.
- Now, take one portion of Pav and cut it between.
- Now place a Tawa on flame and add 1 tsp of butter and 1 tsp of oil, and melt.
- After butter melts, add place prepped potato patties on the side of Tawa and roast.
- While Tikki is roasting, add 1 tsp of butter on the pan and one tbsp of red Chutney and mix well with butter on cook on low flame.
- Now add chopped coriander, mix well, flip the Tikki, and roast on another side.
- Now add two pinches of Pav Bhaji masala and mix well.
- Now place Pav on top of Chutney and roast on all sides.
- Now take out Pav on a plate.
- Now place roasted Tikki between Pav.
- Now add sliced onion, sliced tomato and sliced capsicum between Pav and sprinkle chaat masala.
- Now close the Pav, and your Mumbai – Style Masala Pav Pattice is Ready, and you can enjoy them.
