Mango Kulfi Recipe | How to make Mango Kulfi at Home | Mango Ice Cream Recipe
Materials
- 2 Ripped Mangoes
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3/4 cup Malai
- 4 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make Mango Kulfi first, take 2 Ripped Mango.
- Now, wash the mango and remove the peel.
- Now, cut the mango and put all the pulp in a bowl.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add mango pulp.
- Now grind the mango pulp and make a fine paste.
- Now add one pinch of salt 3/4 cup of Malai( Alternatively, you can use Amul Fresh Cream).
- Now add 3 tbsp of condensed milk, 2 tbsp of Milk Powder, and 1/2 tsp of Cardamom Powder.
- Now blend everything again, and your Kulfi Mix is ready.
- Now, take Kulfi moulds and place them into the glass.
- Now, fill all kulfi Moulds with Kulfi Mix.
- Now garnish them with Mango chunks.
- Now cover all Moulds with foil Paper and add a rubber band.
- Now cut on top of foil paper and add a Kulfi stick.
- Now, place all Kulfi moulds into the freezer for 5 to 6 Hours.
- After 5 to 6 hours, Take out all kulfi moulds from the freezer.
- Now dip Kulfi Moulds into the water, press with hands, and take the kulfi out from the moulds.
- Now your Mango Kulfi is completely Ready, and you can enjoy it.
